Today I went somewhere really nice. Guess where it was? It was Oxbow Regional Park in Gresham. All you do is travel eastward on the street that is Division and ride through some xmas tree farms for a while. Then you are there and it is so great! There was a really great rapidly flowing river, and some really nice birds. I never thought that I was going to die while I was there, plus the air smells nice. For an hour after I left my nearsightedness was temporarily cured, I think.

It was better than the Grotto, but you should still go to the Grotto. If you go to the place where Sandy and 82nd cross and walk 15 yards past the 7-11, all of a sudden you are in a catholic wonderland devoted to the Virgin Mary. Half of The Grotto is this paved walkway surrounded by greenery with depictions of the Stations of the Cross cast from bronze that is below a cliff. Into the cliff is a shallow cave with the main display inside. It's really pretty! If you pay $3.50 you can buy a coin that lets you ride the elevator, where the rest of the Grotto is. That part is even better!
